The present perfect tense give us
information about something that happened in the past and is still related with
the present. ( El presente perfecto nos da informacion acerca
de algun evento que ocurrido en el pasado y aun esta relacionado al presente)
se podria decir que es el famoso “he” “hemos”
Ex: We have gone to my grandmother house. ( Hemos ido a la casa de mi abuela)
in the present perfect we need to use other
for of the verb, the past participle. (En el presente perfecto necesitamos usar otra de las formas de los verbos
en este caso usamos el pasado participio)
As you know we have:
Affirmative sentences.
I have lived in Sucre all my life. ( Yo he vivido en Sucre toda mi vida)
Negative sentences

We have gone to our grandmother's house. (nosotros hemos ido a la casa de nuestra abuela)
She has eaten chicken for lunch. (Ella ha comido pollo en el almuerzo)I have lived in Sucre all my life. ( Yo he vivido en Sucre toda mi vida)
Negative sentences
SUBJECT + HAVE / HAS + NOT + PAST PARTICIPLE + COMPLEMENT
They have not gone to their grandmother's house. (ellos no han ido a la casa de su abuela)
He has not eaten fish for dinner.
You haven't lived in Sucre all your life.
NOTICE
have not haven't
has not hasn't
Depending on what subject are we using we only change part with have. ( dependiendo del sujeto q usamos solo conjugamos la parte q lleva have.) Cuando usamos he -she -it cambia por HAS.
Yes / No questions
HAVE / HAS + SUBJECT + PAST PARTICIPLE + COMPLEMENT
Have you gone to your grandmother's house? ( Has ido a la casa de tu abuela?)
- Yes, I have.
- No, I haven't.
Has she written a letter to her father?
- Yes she has.
-No, she hasn't.
Information questions
We need question words.
QUESTION WORD + HAVE / HAS + SUBJECT + PAST PARTICIPLE + (COMPLEMENT)
How have you been? (como has estado?)
- I have been great.
What have she done?
- She has done her homework.
Notice that the regular verbs doesn't have past participle, we use the the only form that they have in the past.( Observa que los verbos regulares no tienen pasado participio, entonces usamos la unica forma que estos verbos tienen en el pasado)
